Play Loft Summer Camp Policy

Cancellation Policy
Play Loft does not provide refunds for cancelled Summer Camp weeks.
A minimum of one month’s written notice, provided on the first day of the month, is required for a credit to be issued. The credit may be applied toward another eligible Summer Camp week or school-year program, subject to availability and applicable fees.
Cancellations made with less than four weeks’ notice will not receive a credit, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Once a Summer Camp space has been reserved, the space is held specifically for the child. Play Loft therefore applies this cancellation policy consistently to all families.
